Im sorry, i fell off my chair when playing the new patch and i asked the guy who i just shot with a p90 if he had EF and he said no.

So you do not need EF to get the new unlocks. You just need to rank up.

from looking at what EA did with SF, and that they where in EF ect it seemed that EA would do it the same way as SF. I was VERY supirzed to see them not do it.

NO! I just used up my last two unlocks getting the M95 and PKM... I totally would have got the P90.

Argh. I guess I'll have to play some spec forces to get them... But how can I when PRMM is so much better?

I actually forgot why I don't like playing vanilla BF2, anymore. Now I remember, after trying out the new patch. I hate the games tendency to promote run and gun style play. We had 8 snipers on our team. That was 8 out of 22 players. Almost half. The other team was just as bad, if not worse... Retarded. I think I'll hang up my keyboard until .3 comes out.

I'll just jump in my racing seat and play some GTR. That won't quill my thirst for blood, but at least I can listen to all those revs at 180MPH, and forget about how much I miss PRMM.

i wasn't keen on the P90 at all, to be honest you were better off unlocking the PKM. Not the M95, but then again next unlock because you unlocked the m95 you can get the L96, and EA have made one rediculously good weapon, its silent, accurate as ****, faster cocking than the M24 & 25, and the crosshairs are thinner than any of the other sniper rifels.

Basically if your wondering what to unlock in the new patch,
P90 is ok, it has a 50 round mag, so theres not alot of reloading involved. The damage is pretty poor, it takes a good few rounds to kill someone, its quite inaccurate, i would put its accuracy on a par with something like the SAW or AK-47. And its rate of fire is quite low, about the same as a PKM.

L96 is very impressive. Youll probily find yourself been killed by this loads in the new patch. I was always dieing from people with this gun. I finally picked it up to try it out before i unlocked anyhting. and it was very good. Has a 5 round clip, ***** a touch faster than the 95 and 94, the crosshairs are very thin, so its easier to target. And its VERY accurate, and very silent. Has a good scope too.
