I would like to toss in a suggestion.
Remove the sniper kit from the spawnable kit selection, with sniping relatively easy in games. The number of them should be limited, such as in the Forgotten Hope mod.
it wouldnt be the first time, that i notice on maps such as Irving on Battlefield vietnam, with a sertain amount of flags for the usa, and the nva. It becomes a complete stalemate. 50%!!!!! of the players if not more have sniper guns.
If this mod is going to be realistic, limit the snipers to max.. 5 per 50 players
(even that is way to much)
And let the kits spawn in an "armory"

True, but it's like choosing between empty servers because of long waiting times and Rambo's. Also, if you make the spawn times to long, the whole map may be empty exept for 1 person who could cap all flags and have 20 minutes in which the enemy loses tickets. Maybe make it like not very long waiting times, 3-5 min or something, and letting them play in the meanwhile but not make the deathgame more fun then the real game.

30-45 seconds is good. 1 minute could become tedious and anyting less than 30 secs poses the extreme anoyance of being swarmed when you try to cap a flag. Also IMO it should not be in waves, it should be a strict you die you spawn 30 seconds later, because as it is you usualy only end up having half of a spawn time to wait when you die.

Sounds good, but there's one thing. This is a realism mod right. We all agree on that. And one of the points of this mod is to encourage teamplay. Just how are we going to do that if you have to wait at your spawn point for 30 seconds before someone else spawns so you can form a team.
