default excluding
crouch - c
prone - left shift
weapon 3 - g5 mouse button
And the Plane flight controls which are mapped accordingly on my X-52, chopper controls default.

That's me 1) walking 2) running (left finger presses Shift) 3) sneaking while crouching (C, A is for jumping) 4) trying WASD - notice the dangerous left strain of the middle finger...

Ahhhh, I rest my hands perpendicular to my keyboards. I see you use the 30 degree inward curve which would lend itself to much easier control of finger placement on your desired keys.
Interesting.

Sorry for that. haha, but cool.

move: arrow keys
reload: Mouse side button 1
main weapon: mouse button 2
Pistol: Mouse button 3 (should really chang to VOIP)
Ctrl: prone
Right shift: crouch
Del: change kit
num pad 0: Jump
num pad 1: sprint
end: enter/exit
space: parachute
i find this works well
also in vehicles i have numpad 0 as zoom so much easier!
