Stamp your feet and it might come quicker. Or we might just completely ignore you.LtSoucy wrote:Ya I want the bugs gone but i would love a new map or faction.

I havent noticed any mention on adding a time delay for shooting the .50 cal in the jeeps after entering the F2 seat. Its the uber lone wolf (and vanillaish) tactic now considering how very powerful the .50 cal is with iron sights.
Drive around - switch seats - kill someone - switch seats - etc.
Will there be a small delay?

Agree! It is impossible to go from driver seat to gunner seat in 1 second! Only the seatbelt will take at least that second. 10 seconds delay would be fine...zeidmaan wrote:I havent noticed any mention on adding a time delay for shooting the .50 cal in the jeeps after entering the F2 seat. Forget the Army! Release at least Muttrah v2!! We are already waiting so long for this... all those petty bugs doesn't care!!!! (Commander build bug is the only real problem) Hell, hope you guys really release this map! Would make PR to that PR which was before 0.5

Why would the bullet raise after exiting the gun?VipersGhost wrote:Seriously...if the ballistics updates are possible lets do it for sure! Jonny have you come up with real ballistics models? As in the bullet comes out of the gun...raises slightly and then begins its drop...intersecting with the target at its "Zero'd" range?
That would just be an amazing leap for PR.

The thing though, is that all of the assault rifle calibers have a fairly meaningless change in elevation between the muzzle and their typical zero range... it only starts to change a lot *past* that range, as the rounds start dropping more rapidly. From a gameplay standpoint, there would be little effect for the M16, L-whatever Brit thingy, Chinese super soaker, and AK (the AK would be better zeroed at 200m, though, I think)VipersGhost wrote:Seriously...if the ballistics updates are possible lets do it for sure! However, all you guys complaining about the accuracy of the G3 - perhaps the Devs increased the deviation to reflect real world difficulty in putting rounds on target compared to, say, an M16. If they had actual trajectories, they could apply it to the G3 (making it shoot a lot less flat) and increase its accuracy for pretty much the same effect.

Exactly. The bullet doesn't rise after being fired. It's just adjusted so that the bullet is aimed higher up.gazzthompson wrote:http://www.rifleshootermag.com/shooting ... _0303A.jpg
