Aarrghh... Sometimes I just hate my job.... Being away with all this action taking place is frustrating! 
Anyway, AH, marto is right, the Apache is NOT taking on the landrover it's just "there"... And while I'm addressing you your "flag idea" is absolutely great as is. Only thing I can point to is perhaps, as you said, the background. It's too bright, not by much though. Thumb's up!
