The night before christmas... the day before christmas was sunday, so that would indicate this sunday night. Or maybe christmas just ment to indicate holiday so that would probably mean the incoming holiday, Easter and therefore the night before it would be saturday night. Either way its very close.
The things that DICE wasnt able to include such as mortar and fastropes indicate some kind of revolutionary thing included in the next patch where dice failed doing it. Although it doesnt mean the two things listed there.
Thats my interpretation.
