If a little bit of editing works, maybe the same could apply for Riflemen and Engineers, as they too see the status of other soldiers and vehicles in a little bar.
Pretty sure; I've always been a skinner for mods rather than a coder

^^;; but i still know the limits of the engine.

don't quote me on this, but i'm almost positive it can be done

I'll see if I can get this working on my mess about mod. Results may come in tonight. :)

I agree. bring blood back. I think blood should also be able to hit the floor and walls. I don't know if BF2 engine could do that though.

umm, you could make a effect and emit some object, then when they collide with things they would leave a "bullet whole" but it would look like blood,

Nah. That's too much! Just bring our good old blood back to PR and we are happy.

This reminds me of a class we had when I did my military service. We had this really short mean looking major from another unit lecturing us on how to treat wounds. One guy asks, "How much blood can a person lose before he dies?" The major just said, "Boys, you ain't never seen that much blood. When someone has lost that much blood, there's blood everywhere!"

It was the funniest shit the way he said it, but this guy looked so intense and out of place in civilization, nobody dared to laugh for a few tense seconds. Finally everyone broke into laughter and even the major smiled. You could say he was much better at guerilla tactics and survival than human anatomy.
