wow this vehicle looks like its 100 percent done, modelling wise anyway. way to keep it under wraps lol.

as for the avenger, there already is one in PR, i think its borrowed from another mod, but you can see it in the PR version of gulf of oman.

its from USI, we used it a lot more in v0.5 thou we are hoping its going to make some what of a come back in v0.8, no promises thou

Yeah this thing looks great. But the USMC dose not use the HMMWV version your talking about they use the LAAAV. Gow cannon with Missile launchers on one or both sides. It's a good weapon and is anphibous.

I'm just wondering how the Stormer (fantastic work there BTW) and Avenger will be balanced with the MEC and PLA AA vehicles.

If I remember correctly all the AAVs will be 1 seaters, since 2 people would remove too many people from the fight for such a specialized role.

Yes, it was retired. It was put in BF2 because DICE/EA couldn't be bothered to do research and just put in what looked cool to them.

The USMC no longer uses the LAV-AD, and is disbanding its Avenger units. Their low-altitude air defense will be based entirely on Stinger MANPADS until the SLAMRAAM is fielded.
