I just realized that i posted this in the wrong thread :/

i feel sorry for the vbf2 devs who play pr but cant tell anyone how much they hate vanilla's smacktarded gameplay. I bet PR is what they wanted in the first place, but didnt think the restrictions would (1) sell enough, (2) be worth it in the long run. I bet there is a vBF2 Dev amongst us on the forums, who wouldnt mind a change in that direction, but changing the game in such a big way would compromise the gameplay, thus pissing off their bosses, and sharehoders.

If it was at all possible, they should put in place a small program into BF2, so that the game vBF2 would remain the way they want it to, on client side, being very difficult to raise the server population. And at the same time, have it so any modders of particular mods, would be able to raise it to whatever they want.

Putting it simply, it wouldnt change vBF2, and for mods, the skys'teh'limit.

And it wouldnt cost them a dime.

It dosnt matter if the maps dont support more people, we just need the option of doing it, then we can scale it back to the ideal setting.

I prefer EA more than Valve or Steam any Steam Games.. excluding CoH of course xD...
