M4 with the aimpoint. Feels nice after only being allowed to have ironsights as medic on every other team in game, and kills people just as dead. G3 is also nice as the beast FEELS powerful.

It's got the handling and controlability of a SMG but it is more accurate and does almost as much damage as a regular assault rifle.
