Hey thanks for the reference pictures. Very helpful.
I finally had a brief moment to work on this for couple of hours. Made some shoes, added knee pads and some other small details.
Here is the current status:

Very nice!
Only problem I see is that he should be wearing an IOTV or an FLC/other rig over the IOTV.
And the issued ACU doesn't have standard vertical pockets on the blouse. See the pockets here:
Tactical Advantage Product: Propper Authentic ACU Shirt NYCO Ripstop
Unless he's wearing the GORE-TEX cold weather jecket, but then the pockets would be higher and taller.

Thanks again for feedback and pics everyone
Thanks. Yea I noticed that the vest is off. I didn't find any good refs when I was making it. I got a better idea of the IOTV now. I'll remake the vest at some point.
However one thing I don't quite understand is how do you attach those ammo puches etc. on the vest? Does each pouch have some sort of a hook mechanism on them or simple stickers or something?
Thanks also for pointing out the misplaced pockets. They should be easy to remove.

Tell the truth about the first image. It's some kind of VR simulator headset, isn't it?

Thanks. Yes, its 95% Zbrush. The remaining 5% are from an old 3ds model I made few years ago

Yeah, there's a fastening tab behind the poouches, which you alternate from the loops on the back of the pouch to those on the vest
