Think it this way, PR is 138:th best of all the games they have reviewd (if they are sorted by points and date of review). 98 is the best any game have had ever.

when was this in GameStar?
I could only read the grey headline (translated by myself):

So I guess it got a good rating in the end

I would be able to post it in better quality but I am not sure cause of the copyright.
At least I will post the little box in the lower right corner:
I would translate it if I had time but I have to study for my "general qualification for university entrance" (Swiss Matura) ;-(.
But maybe I will find some time at the weekend.
