started being SL a bit more recently, generally i think i do a good job, i certainly get people back in my squad the next round so i must be giving some guys a good game, but its always helpful to see how someone else does it.

Bigbossmatt and your performance kept PR alive for me while I was out of action for 6-7 months. I always use fireteams (max:2, working on a 3 fireteam layout) thanks to you, and because of this my men and I are consistently on the winning faction.

My skills still need to be more finely tuned (proper placement of firebases and assests, dealing with willful insubordination) especially when I come across some 14 year old arshloch who doesn't know his he ear from his own ershole, I get pretty pissed...and oddly enough when the jackass is kicked from squad, the server crashes and I CTD.

In any case, give me the time and place and I'll be there, and hopefully there will be more "PR Hardon's"

I would be interested in joining fuzz, plus I havent played with you in a while . I always have a love for being a squad leader, of course i learn something new everyday when I play PUB in a server. Managing a team to become an effective tool in the battlefield. I would love to learn from others that have the same drive as I do when im a squad leader. I hope it will be a great learning experience

I'm in, when is it?

I'm definately interested! I have tried to squadlead from time to time (mostly out of necessity), but I never really felt sure of myself when doing it and the workload and stresslevel is so much greater.
Things I'd like to work on:

• efficient communication with squadmembers (aka getting them to do what I want)
• inter-squad cooperation
• insight on a "strategical" level: when to move up to the next flag, when to defend, when and where to build a FB,...
• insight on a tactical level: formations, squad composition, fire and movement,...
• confidence: something I really need to work on. Feeling good about leading and not continually doubting wether I'm making the right decisions or fearing to bore the squad.

So providing the date and time (GMT+1) fit my schedule, I'm in!

I play squadleader very often because when im playing with my clanleaders I am the guy who have to do it.
This would give me the chance to improve my knownledge of taktics, communication and teamwork.

I am interested.
Some reminder on how to handle newcomers with patience would definitly be in order for me.
