well... that fully covered bunker with door does not seem easy to built only with a shovel :) )

You cant build razor wire and tank traps with a shovel :razz: hehe

I think the important thing to consider is putting it into a realistic context. I really dislike the idea of knifing the radio, and have in fact, only ever done it once. (As a chechen Rebel on.. Fool's road? East and West Objectives, big hills & thick forests?) Even as an Insurgent on say, Karbala or Fallujah West, I'll come across an FB then try and get a kit that can take it out with explosives rather than go up and knife it. At the end of the day all that would do is remove comms, not destroy it. Perhaps, when knifed, the FB would be wiped off the enemy maps and be unspawnable, needing a fellow with a shovel to come along and rebuild it to restore it's spawnable aspect.

I love the idea of a more defensible FB, too. I mean, as it is at the moment, those sandbags are pretty useless at covering even one soldier adequately. But a complex method of breaching a door, knifing the radio and then waiting, I don't think that'd work. Explosives. Wipe it out.

I think people would defend the firebases more if they had more firepower available. A Tow emplacement would be sweet, but I guess my hopes of a deployable field cannon will never be fulfilled XD.
I also enjoyed the system where you had a bunker when you were near a flag, and a tent when you where far from a flag.

I think we should all know that with a possible new FB/rally point system coming up, this idea is gonna have to be rethought and rebalanced for some time probably. Could use the old system with FBs outside flag and bunkers inside, or have each team have 1 bunker and 3 FBs or so. Since they might get to be the only spawnpoints in the field, theyll need alot more defense
