I love playing as a civi.
I hate waiting 2 whole minutes.
Enough has been discussed, methinks. We need more civis, it'd feel more real. Right now, very few players play as civis.

Nice work around. Let's give all kits 5min respawn. What's the problem? Go watch some TV while you wait.
