**** if you taunted them you could have a green shirt hands up holding a cat with a 1 round ban punishment and they most likly still kill your stupid A#$

@paratrooper[BG]

Rofl that was just like what I seen to day in PR

Wow I sure as hell hope you never serve in Iraq. Troops in Iraq get taunted and have rocks thrown at them all the time but they dont respond with guns blazing. Project Reality should enforce this kinda stuff better ingame with more serious punishments for offenders.

that has nothing to do with a settle time, its because that guy didn't realize the rpg doesn't shoot out right away so he apparently thought it wasn't working, which is why he got up and turned a bit.

Just had a big round of qwai with south bridge and processing as 2 flags together with estate. What a battle! 400 tickets to go is a long time. Loads of APC's on chinese team. Accuracy seems to be changed on the chinese weapons as well. And in this battle I really got some fear in my heart for the new LMG's. Havent seen 'm pin and destroy a squad in a few seconds like they where doing now. Really harsh! But very realistic. You see it in the movies so its gotta be like this ;)

btw! Not being sarcastic. I really like how it is how we, the public sees MG's being used. Never seen a game, maybe some average cod online game, where they are like this.

If your not looking around enough and walk in an open field and an MG see's you, your dead!

Love the changes save one.

My clan mates and I feel that the Hueys have far too much armor now. We played a round on Barracuda last night and held all flags from the U.S. right until the end and they still beat us by over 60 tickets. We had AA's built and were using shoulder mounted AA's. We would confirm 2 hits on a Huey and it would just continue it's journey home for repair/rearm. Now I don't research this stuff to see what it's like in real life but i find it hard to believe that a chopper is going to survive 2 direct stinger hits. Had the Huey armor not been changed and we destroyed those choppers, as we all feel we should have, the U.S. would have been losing tickets left and right and we would have won the map. We feel that holding the entire island from the U.S. warrants victory. Also another note on that map... a bleed would be nice.

I love the new way some engagements can play out. Yesterday we had a great round of jabal on [T&T] where we were MEC. We got south bridge and got attacked by 1 or 2 us squads. We where on those hills overlooking Jabal and the US teams where on the hills acrros the road.

Both teams had an AR and a rifleman or two surpressing each other while we (MEC) where licking our wounds and trying to flank around, they where doing the same. We really had a long engagement before we (thankfully) got the upper hand.

The entire fight was just about ducking for the AR, firing the odd-shot back, medic (me) getting the wounded up, rifleman and squad-leader trying to flank around, watching the back, firing some more etc.

Love it! Instead of just standing up, scoping up and sniping them away, you actually have to do something now!

EDIT: on jabal at least ;) Kozelsk had the same kind of fighting but tenser and faster since it was close quarters

Okita was just making a joke.

Just because every map doesn't have choppers doesn't mean they are being removed. PR is a ongoing project that has its highs and lows. Some places choppers are just wasted assets. And we would rather see troops on the ground, pushing to objectives then 2-3 guys sitting around waiting for a chopper.

FROM MY FINGERS TO YOUR EYE choppers are not going anywhere, only being removed when it doesn't make game play better (i.e Korengal). And just like always maybe they will end up coming back to maps they were removed from if it feels right.

We play, we watch and we judge

PR is always evolving and ideas will stick or die.

The community only sees the results which is understandably frustrating not knowing why something happens..

I haven't noticed really that much difference to be honest but for those that I have seen I can't really complain about. I like the limited medics as it prevents both teams from having 20 medics running around just healing and reviving everybody. It places more people into a actual combat role. It also makes the medic a very important role, more than before. A asset worth protecting instead of earlier patches when a medic would sometimes be on the frontline of attack. I even like the fact every squad can get it's own Automatic Riflemen kit. Allows each squad the option of supression and support. All other options I like as well however I haven't seen that new Chinese Vehicle yet.

The only option I dislike is the fact the Auto Riflemen kit has scopes for some factions. While a lot of people may say it's realistic. Not every soldier in combat attaches a scope on his saw. However the fact one team has the ability of a scope while the other doesn't just completly unbalances things. AAS more or less should be balanced or atleast without much difference or other-wise the other team can just roll over the other. Such as US or British vs MEC. With the MEC already have unfavorable weapons IMO. Weapons that can still get the job done if the right person is behind them but not as great as the British Weapons or the US ones. Now the MEC side has to deal with Long ranged SAW's giving fire support from over 500M while the MEC AR kit's are only good for closer range.

Insurgency is a understable gamemod to be unbalanced. However the Insurgents were already unbalanced regarding kits. The US and British side already had the long range advantage over them. Now with the ability to supress and kill many insurgents with a long range SAW. It's completly frustrating for the Insurgent side as they have nothing weapon wise to counter it. They are just walking target practice in which most maps for them are all open leaving a bigger disadvantage.

I think all AR kits she be the same as earlier patches which was scopeless. It's still realistic however it balances the game-play more. It's stupid that one guy with a scoped AR kit can take out a entire squad or more from over 500+ M without that squad even knowing what hit them.
