I believe EA assimilated DICE so now when you refer to the developer, you refer to EA.
So in a way, everyone is right.
Though, by the missing gamemodes left in the code, you can rest assured that EA are the reason the game was not finished.

I'm look forward to any updates you top guys can bring out. I'm well pleased with the 0.3 PR so anything else should be icing on the cake.
By the way, with the 0.31 update you are working on can we still run PR with the old 1.22 patch, because there is no way in hell that I am installing that piece of **** that those dumbasses have just released. Our PRMM server was full last night and as long as it continues to be I will not install another EA patch.

Hi!
I just found out about your great MOD so i downloaded it and I'm using the 1.3 patch for BF2, but when I had installed it and was running it the game just dropped out to windows with no error messages or anything. I've never had this problem before so I believe that there might be some kind of problem trying to play the 0.3 patch of yours on the 1.3 patch of BF2. Does anyone else have the same problem and do you think you can try to do something about in a new release?

I dont know if this is relevant. but i dont think that this patch 1.3 will last long before an hotfix, DICE screwed around server settings so now even the labels from the game are all messed up, so would it be resonable to think alredy about a patch for prmm?
Unfortunetly I am one of those who has to install 1.3 because our clan has lots of games during this week and i played PRMM only for fun. And belive me all the comunity is thinking of putting some C4 in the air drop veicules and shove it up tha a** of the people from EA/DICE

I've also downloaded 1.3, and i have the same problem as Tech N9ne. I found a server (YES!) i want to join, press the button and....... there's windows! I hope 0.31 will be ready soon!

The solution is unistall bf2 and then reinstall, patching only up to v1.22. Then install prmm 0.3. Will run fine and you WILL find servers that don't crash. Happy playing!

I am trying to get this game working normal again. First I have installed BF2 without ANY patch. To my surprise, there where a lot of unranked servers running this version so I played on them and it worked (and bunnyhopping, dolfing diving, trowing C4 ect.

). Now I am downloading patch 1.22. And when this is done I will install PRMM 0.3. It must work this way (I hope).

I will like to donate the money that armored fury will cost(Im not going to buy a product that prmm gives me for free and with very much better quality, I made the mistake of buying special forces),to the PRMM project, Did PRMM have a Paypal account?
I think the majority of people thats actually plays PRMM and thinking on buy armored fury will be make the same,I could be great to help in the development of this mod , and play PRMM for a lot of years.

Hi firstly, great mod been playing it for a while and really enjoying it.
Myself and a friend went against the advice and installed 1.3. It seemed to work ok at first however after about 10 minutes, as squad leader, I tried issuing orders. The attack here wouldn't work properly instead it just kept placing a move here marker. I tried the move here marker instead and bam! the server crashed and everyone ctd. Just thought I best warn others

Ok, so i just registered because i had a quick question. I apologize if this is in the wrong location, etc. But, two nights ago, i installed the 1.3 update, then i later installed the prmm .3 Everything seems to be working fine (i love the new levels and the new sniper, thank you so much by they way) But, I have only been playing offline singleplayer, maybe next year when i get back to school, but, Im sure ill have to update then anyway!!
Thank You so much for all the work being put into this. I have been a user since this past thanksgiving or so and I love it!!
(i originaly posted this due to my inability to capture flags in singleplayer, but I just re-read the updates and saw the comment on changing filenames... one quick question though, Will i have to change these to play online? or can i just change them and then it will work offline and online...) THANK YOU

With ya Wheelman....should not be able to be able to join a squad unless asked or leave without being booted. Or how about a spawn on a squad lead should be a parachute spawn drop, that seems more realistic than a "Poof" and you have back up.

I dont get you on the "should not be able to be able to join a squad unless asked or leave without being booted." If i understand you right, then you just have to lock your squad, but I quess you didnt mean that.
About the Parachute Spawn, Never thought about it, but that would really make it more realistic. Besides it's more realistic, you finaly know what's going on where you spawn. Sometimes you spawn in the middle of a fire. With Parachute Spawn you will be prepared. I love the idea.

but how high and where sould he land if doing nothing...
cause when you take the point where he should spawn and hes 200 meters above ground he would be way of target say about 200 meters
so spawn point need to be 200 mters away from the squadleader.
dont know if this is posible

I've uninstalled BF2 and PRMM, then I installed BF2 again, patched with 1.22, installed PRMM 0.3, and it works!
I am not going to patch BF2 to 1.3, even if there is going to be a quick patch for PRMM! I hate the new patch! Chosing the right server is already a hell of a job......

When servers patch, you will need to also to join them donkey.
I'm sure when PR 1.31 is out, everyone will patch and it'll be fine.
A PayPal donation link on the front page would net some cash for sure!
And parachute spawn would be interesting, btw!

take as long as you like with the fix, wont install 1.3 till it comes out
will this be just a hotfix or .4? Maybe you can implement new models/maps?
