Seams like if they are forming a Limited Liability Company, who every donated money for the sounds they own apart of PRMM... and yes you say we donated it ... but they excepted it with no contract.... I think when egg said "if it shows up on my door step...." well you kinda see where Im coming from... Im not talking about recording real sounds Im talking about some one other than the owner of the Limited Liability Corporation purchasing them.

Great, Because I donated I now own part of PRMM OK where shall I start, all the soldiers need to be skinned with pink dresses and I want the whole thing to be set in space. If you do not comply I will take you to court.

My donation.... Was a donation. If the devs WANT to spend it on hookers and blow, fair enough. From my point of view it was a thank you for a kick arse mod. No more, no less.

where does Limited Liability come into this? - It makes no sense. You float a company to LTD status to seperate and protect your personal assets from the "business" so that if it goes under, you wouldn't lose your home and/or assets. That can not apply here in any form..

(as far as I am aware) This is a free mod. not a business. - They are not selling anything. Infact, they haven't dealt with any money at all. A community member got other community members to pay for a CD. That CD will conviently land on a certain devs doorstep.

There is nothing bad or dodgy about that. I contributed, - Egg, consider it a birthday present. There you go - all above board. I expect nothing in return.

None of this comes into it.

You donated to me with the aim of me donating a sound mod to PR.

Simple as.

Not like anyone could do anything if they started getting arseholley about it anyway.

Well the dev's better had incorporate it, after everyone donated it for PR. They could of stopped it by closing the threads and saying that they would not be able incorporate the sound mod at this time.

Ya, people don't seem to understand the concept of DONATIVE funds, or gratuity.

We're obviously going to incorporate this into the mod, so let's not get ridiculous about it.

I am locking this thread because this .. thanks to Ghosty .. is going in exactly the place that can become problematic.
