Well then why do 32 people have a load of helicopters and jets and tanks in support?
it's 1 platoon at best - why isn't the CO on the field with them?
Officer is the best name - As an NCO IS AN OFFICER. A Non - commissioned officer, anything above Private is an officer.
Changing the name of the officer kit.

got a suggestion for the nameing of the officer kit ( when dont i have a sug right, lol )
NCO-Kit for all Squad leaders, ( shows stripes , not bars)
CO - Kit for the Commander at the TAC-Trailer (shows Bars)
and maybe alow the CO to use his map in teh feild but only use the UAV in teh trailer??

I think the generic officer kit is fine now, as it doesn't matter who is using it or how you view a squad, it still works.
