You have a different problem, the one we are speaking of is on STARTUP not on closing the program, so thanks but no thanks.

Update: So the reason I trolled this post i made again is b/c my friend had run into the same problem again.

Now i fixed it by simply loading up vBF2. I noticed none of his accounts had been retrieved on vBF2, so i hit retrieve account, then logged on and joined a karkand server, then left the server and exited the game. It was the profiles that couldnt be found needless to say. I was then able to load PR and he is now playing. I will post again if anything changes.
