The reality is that rarely do you hear enemy calls, since most PR players use VOIP. Calling for a medic and lots of death moans are all that you're really going to get out of localized. However, it's a lot better than having the PLA rifleman you just gunned down say "I need a medic!" in perfect english.

Localised is the only way to go in terms of immersion.

Certainly localized. Doesn't take long to learn what they're saying. Or atleast the most important phrases. Mousaif or Musashallalbakkanaka whatever means Medic. All you really need to know as insurgent =P

Localized, I don't need to know what there saying to know that it's probably not one of our guys, and that is usually all I need to know.
