I'm sorry I'm unfamiliar with torrents but does a file ever stop seeding? Jesus its been going since Wednesday.

Seeding is when you are distributing the file to others, after you have finished downloading it.
It stops seeding when you tell it to. You can stop it manually and/or set the Torrent client to stop it after X amount of uploaded data.
It is however good netiquette to let it seed to at least a 1:1 ratio, which means you upload as much to others as you have downloaded yourself.

Alright thanks man. Took me about 15 minutes to download and I seeded it for about 18 hours

utorrent and just click on the update download link, open with utorrent, and it will automatically download

I do not want to complain, but I think the seeding for 0971 seems rather poor. Yes, I know that there is a time gap between Europe and USA, but there were at the most 17 seeders at some when I hit the bed at 3 A.M. (local time). Nevertheless, it looks, as there is the same bunch of people seeding.
I have seeded 1:1 in ratio now, and I have only max 120 kB/s up.
So please, hit the Torrent and help the PR-community to get their files for this evening.
