yeah that was a fanstastic tutorial, however in .9 your deviation isn't reset by WSAD, you can move with 5 seconds of movement before its max again, if you move for less than 5 seconds you have to wait again for the number of seconds you moved iirc.

so, if you move for one second, it'll take a second of waiting for your deviation to get back where it was.

This is maybe 100m ? And i give 10 shots before i kill him. I have prone and dont move about 10 min (yeah). I waiting when he doesnt move, you know "looking somewhere". I give shot, bullet go over him and nothing happend ;/ he's go dawn and injured me -LOL- A firing 10 shots before he die. This is unrealistic and you must agree with me.

That game has very nice climate. But is very unfair.

I dont know why it happens only to you, you need to practice, people can kill that from 1 shot i mean experienced people



EDIT: It does not make you more cool if you swear and btw how can you talk like that to the DEVs who work so hard for FREE just so we can play, understand this,BF2 engine on which PR is based has some limits so some things can not be done so if you dont like PR go play something else and dont make unnecessary noise...

That tutorial has explained a lot. I just need to get playing online now.
I have got a few questions so far, no point starting a new thread.
The secondary radio (default 'T' key) doesnt work in player vs bots practice mode, is this a bug or meant to happen due to the game not being online?
Also the mounted machine guys e.g. the ones in the British base in lashkar valley have no iron sights, I have pressed the C key and nothing happens, is this meant to be?

Also..your talking about a long range shot with an M4 rifle. This is a short barrel meant for building to builing...not 500 meter shots. this is meant to simulate real life, you cant just hit the ground and have perfect aim,.in real life you must get your eye up to scope, find the target again, then do a stead trigger pull, not mouse click.

Anway if you do still read this i'd advise you listen to your squad and do as they say and ask thme for tips and ask them to teach you the basics becaus eif everyone else can do it i don't see how you can't?

Arma2 doesn't need ram, it needs a hard drive that's as fast as ram. If this guy has a great hard drive and crappy ram or video card, he can still play wonderfully.

P.S. What is with the amount of FAIL in this thread, does no one know how to put words together?

sad that he couldn't cope with the deviation. but what an attitude damn, even if he didn't like the game no need to be such an idiot about it. not somebody i would like to play with anyway
