Personally, I hate how almost EVERY map has random attack points, There are some maps where, yes, it would work, but maps like Qwai or Baracuda where there are SPECIFIC spots that you SHOULD hit make it quite rediculous. I mean, why the hell am i holding a spot 200 meters from a well built armory where i could build a resonable defense?
=/ I also think that the lack of commanders along with the fact that we have random attack points makes it quite difficult to coordinate ANYTHING. =/
Sadly, i think the mod has lost it's shine...
Great ideas, just an increased focus in certain areas without upgrading other important areas (Like commander should be reinforced. I mean, now it's at the point where if you're commander and people don't LIKE you they'll call mutiny, even if you're doing a good job commanding. What is this ****? I'm almost afraid to go commander anymore because if i make one silly mistake they'll mutiny me. =/)

i have been playing for years. there is no other shooter that even comes close to PR for multiplayer. there's not even a game on the horizon that i am even remotely excited about. playing red dead redemption online for 5 minutes will make you sick and get you running to the PC for some PR action. every multiplayer shooter coming out is extreme arcade, which i cannot stomach. the only thing that will replace PR for me is PR2.
*single player red dead redemption is awesome.

It isnt about the game so much but more about the server I play on and how regularly a good crowd is on to have a good match with. And mat I guess its the nature of the game to use tried and tested tactics on a map. If you know that bombing the chinese to hell witht he hueys is going to give the american team a fighting chance you are gonna do it.

Hmmm, I've been playing PR since 0.85 and I'm still not getting bored of the game itself really, it's actually getting more fun in every new update imo.
However, a sucession of bad teams/rounds gets me bored of it and makes me take a break of it for a couple days.

I usually get into one match a day since pub matches can take a long time. If I get into a team that doesn't use teamwork I still usually find one squad that does do teamwork. Last Kashan match I played CAS was slow or responded saying they would bomb but didn't. I had was in a very great squad we only died twice and that was in the beginning after those death's it picked up from there and it went very well.

Never get bored at the game, easily get pissed or frustrated with the players.

Your doing it wrong. random flags = interesting. A place near a flag thats easy to defend? build a FOB there. Commander needs to be reinforced... your suggestions?

You're right, there couldn't be anything wrong with the game mode, the problem must be with the players at all times.
Here's a gem that AASv3 has given us on a map that used to be pretty awesome
I quit shortly after that. Generally it's only situations like that which make me bored.

When the "feedback" is like 'LithiumFox' gave, then yes its the players and not the game mode.

There's no way I could ever get bored playing PR. Getting bored in a round, yes once in a while. I'll usually leave the server, only to sit down and play again a few days later. I'm a PR addict, and there's no clinic around my area to help me with my addiction.

I'm in it for life, nothing else even comes close to compare.

I would say that's quite a bold statement to make, but it's not like anyone is going to change their opinion on the internet so I'll leave you with yours and I'll take mine back over there >
