Great work!...
The sky is changed, much more light in the map; and the runway is changed, finally.

Again, great work :D

Hope the "jets/HELOS Out of bounds timer" gets bumped up to the same levels as Kashan. Very much needed. Sick of having to land and get a medic to heal me up due to going out of bound for all off 9 seconds.

Hope the lumberjacks got a nice cookie for that job on the run way. Was needed to be done so bad. Jolly good show.

Why would the Germans use an out of date cold war era aircraft?

I've never played as U.S.

Post by Warno000 »

I know this is difficult to believe, but every single time I've played Silent Eagle, I've played as Russian. I have not once played as US on that map. That's not by choice either, its just the luck of the draw and I never get U.S. I've literally never seen the Abandoned Airfield despite my countless plays of S.E. So from the conversation I'm assuming that the abandoned airfield currently has trees right near the runways.

Looks like the runway is finally clear. Apparently the Luftwaffe has higher standards for their airfields than USAF does.

The Soviets may have only gotten as far as East Germany, but they took the rest of the continent without firing a single shot.

While the Germans still use the Phantom, its slowly being replaced by the Typhoon. But the Typhoon is a much more appropriate opponent for the MiG-29 Fulcrum

Gotta hope for the best.

Kinda sad to see this measure of skill and precision tossed by the wayside, I can always tell who's got their stuff sorted after I know they've landed and taken back off, and it's good training for low airspeed maneuvering. Oh well, all good things...
Players might be hardcoded, but that sure doesn't seem to stop anybody from trying.

The only winning move is not to play. Insurgency, that is.

They tried to land a C-130 there, didn't end too well, but for some reason all landings afterwards were said to be a lot easier by the pilots... :D
