For physx 8800GT wont bottleneck - remember - you are using it for physx, not rendering the picture. And nobody use one more 480 for PhysX only. You wont be able to gain most from your system. Anyone with common sense will put them in SLi only.

But anyway - why people are so worried about it, I can't get it. If you have 480 or smt then why you worry??? The card is capable do a a lot by it self.

You're right. An 8800GT will not bottleneck you as a PPU with a GTX480 or any other card because it will only offset the PhysX rendering from CPU or GPU, and using a GTX480 for PPU is kinda retarded.

I bought 2 GTX480's and 16gb of RAM because I do a lot more than just BF2 or ArmA and wanted to be able to play whateva I wanted maxed out. The 8800GT is something I had left over from a previous build and said what the hell, let's use it.
