PKM is already inaccurate ingame, but it makes u go black and white in 1 shot, and military advisors are saying that 5.56 LMGs are darn accurate IRL.

The scoped weapons for rifleman class don't have any big advantage over iron sighted weapons. Only thing is you can see a little bit further, thats all. Yesterday I was playing Asad Khal and as HAMAS we owned the IDF in the battle with our iron sighted weapons. It doesn't matter if you have scope or not. Everything is up to your skill level. You can shoot from iron sighted M16 as good as you can with scoped M16.

Yes,you right, but this map is only CQB,and for IDF very bad idea take scoped weapon :D
On maps like Jabal, muttrah or fallugah where very long street and possible ownage by scoped rifles and MGs!

Yes they more accurate that GMPGs,but not on high distance(More 400m)!And yes - am about bullets ballistic!

I wanna see positional warfare gameplay where we have frontline!IMO - Optics and MG with optics make more lone wolfs! If replace optical sights guys without sights must follow for guys with optics and cover them!reduction of scopes can be make medic on every squad, how this is not(Choose of majority - optics)!MG gunner makes automatically sniper rifle to fire machine to make suppress fire against enemies(Of course it's not easy that lie down on highest on map mountain and shoot on every movement)
P.s am not forget about scoped MG,they can be requested on crate it's good weapon for defense but not for attack!
So realism>teamplay or teamplay>realism - your choose!

when it comes to China we are a little lacking in information.
I was just in China(the capital, for family and buying anime stuff) a month back.

Other than the guards at where I live, they all seem to have atleast handled the daylight optics (current PR scope for QBZ-95).

If any chinese gun should NOT have a scope, it would be the QBU-88... the scope mounts unsecurely to the rail and causes loss of zero in a few shots and other problems...

The bipods on QBU-88 snaps easily (aluminum...with huge lightening cuts...).

Well I think the problem is more with players aboslutely having to get a kill on their first mag. At 200m a rifle is an accurate weapon. You should take cover. Id like to see people worry more about staying alive than getting kills.

yes that is true but what i mean is, in a lot of areas where there should be plenty of visual cover, due to engine limitations, there isnt enough. I'm not talking about crossing a flat open plain, i'm talking about crawling in a thick and uneven mud pit. Or how in afghanistan entire plains can be full of grooves from weathering just deep enough for a guy to crawl through. in some places an insurgent can crawl within 50 meters of a VCP without anyone noticing them. with the current limitations camo and concealment techniques are almost completely useless unless you have a significantly sized object protruding from the ground which IRL you dont need.

in the example of the mud, instead of having an actual uneven surface, all we have is a texture that makes it look uneven. when theres someone on it, even if they are textured to mix in with it, ends up just lying on the flat surface and sticking out like a sore thumb
