6-0 was very close! Just heard the news ^_^ Once again, shame that I missed it. Played for 3 to 4 hours to MISS THE FREAKING END!
Glad to hear people had fun. I'd say on the MEC team there was more communication and coordination involved than in a regular match. Felt really like a PRT light match.

I'd say that in reality, MEC won. We probably would have won the round but instead to keep the round interesting for the IDF we assaulted at L4gi's request. Very good game regardless.

Then their chopprs come in rape us.
And boom 20 tickets left.
Then they win.
Good game, really really intense. Loved listening to Skulls constant moaning hahaha love you Skull!

Well, that last attack was pretty much the only moment in the game minty and me were able to use the apache likes for wtfbbqpwning.
The rest of the game your darn AA made live pretty hard really.
I however enjoyed the game for the most part, was surprised how long it lasted.
PS: Its not chopperS, the max of choppers we had in the air was ALWAYS 1

Ploddit said in a feedback thread that he found the match to be slow at times as is the case with most organised matches. (PRT)

It was but it was the map. especially the Alkomin flag. It didn't allow for infantry combat.. It's tanks, APCs, TOWs and Helicopters shooting from one side to the other.

I'm in PRT atm and sometimes I feel the same.
I am thinking is there some way we could change that.
I remember Col Ragmans idea at the start of the Alpha project which I still think would be good.
1. Flags have a) A really small cap area - like a radio room or single bunker
b) Invisible only CO's know
2. CO's direct the battle the inf do not know the objectives, CO's could even be in TS together.
I still believe this could be worth refinement only problem is that the CO's are more organizing the enjoyment of the other 62 players than playing themselves, but I'd be happy to do that for a few hours and I'm sure others would be too.

Yes that could work I guess. Or like I said on the PRT forums create more of an storyline objective like: Capture city A. The winner of the event is the one who holds it after bla bla hours.
But 2 CO's coordinating together so theres a lot of nice fighting is something I'd like to try out as an experiment.

Small flag radius would be deathmathish and exploitable, like putting mortars in same spot all the time, etc. I don't think that would be good idea tbh. It would create really odd gameplay and tactics involved.

I tryed to connect, but i CTD while loading If a new map that i can play comes along for the community event's, i will definatly try to be there.
