what would would be the sense of applying your idea to flags which cant be capped at all? cause... they cannot be capped at all!

We are talking about disallowing enemy influence on flags which are not their objectives, not that are neutral for both teams:

Sick of going to our 2nd or 3rd flag on Beirut and already having Russians or IDF there, same deal on Jabal. Although it encourages linearity, it also encourages combat.
