nah dude. they have a right to be mad for a bit. then thats it. if they stalk you or like kit vulture you, you can ask an admin to make them leave you alone and if they harassed you through chat or tk'd you thats an easily kickable/banable offense.

Ive tk'd armor a few times. usually in CAS because of counter lase or when thermals first came out. (i kept looking for blinking to signal friendly)

For the future. spot using thermal, identify with normal ^.^


Some maps the armor dont respawn so they might of been QQ all night but whats done is done.

Everithing on W is enemy. We dont have any friendly there.
Or ... Watch out. Friendly at NE building. He is SQL, he inform squad. Other guys should do it too.
Sometimes happend that you hit friendly. Its sad. imagine it in reality.
Lucky that we play just game.

A few months back I was on the Chinese Side on Operation Barracuda and pointed my GLTD at a massive amount of US troops building a FOB, foxholes, TOW you name it at one of the Rock Fortifications. Low and behold A hydra came swooping down from above, not bothering to check his map because we all know that Helo Pilots know that when they see a Lase its obviously the which is targeted. That hydra killed 8+ troops, plus it destroyed the FOB, TOW etc.

Shortly there after some chinese squads moved in and captured the rock, not allowing the US to get near it again.

Stuff happens, check your map, but we all make mistakes, ask anyone at TG how many times I mark and lay grenade traps only to have teammates run through the door way and go boom.

Welcome to the forums and welcome to PR, definitely read the manual, ask questions and once you become comfortable start to squad lead as infantry.

Therran, thanks for posting your experience in-game, albeit not necessarily a positive one. My experience regarding "honest mistakes" in PR has been simply, "You got winners & whiners." My advice is don't let the unforgiving, immature in-game demeanor of a few players taint your perception of the Mod as a whole.

Overall we are a bunch of great guys who thoroughly enjoy playing the game and yes at times we all can be a bit too unforgiving of a "new" or even experienced players noobish mistakes. Learn from the mistake, check your map for friendlies, if in doubt ... "don't" engage until positive id is made, especially in regards to heavy assets. Keep your chin up & keep playing.
