When I saw Black Hawk Down, I was hopeing it was the 1993 Battle of Mogadishu, but still a nice job on it.

i saw the Mod DB forums with people asking why is a Canadian map called Operation Black Hawk Down?
well simple, honoring previous acomplisments and just a good way to grab peoples attention.

i think the PR wants to stay away from reinacting historical events to closely to avoid any sort of controversy.

They have Karbala, Fallujah, Ramiel, and Gaza Beach, and probably others I haven't thought of which are based on real areas and conflicts that have happened in those cities, why not the Mog?

I Still think Single player maps should have single seated armored vehicles.. Kinda hard to gun with the AI bots driving.

Almost every map has one-manned vehicles.

You can change them yourself. Just go to the map files and add "_bf2" to all the vehicles.

Anyone getting a memory block error when halfway done loading into the new maps?

Ive been on two of the new ones.. Tried getting in a Scimitar that was being operated by AI and its still 2 seated, Driver / gunner. Where as say if i went on al basrah and try getting in a Scimitar being driven by AI and its one seater like BF2
