perfect reasoning why it then should be able to spawn a support truck or preferably a hummer. to make up for the fact it cant carry the troop size it is supposed to.

or give it more supply boxes than just 1 like the BH. maybe... 4 or 5.

Yeah, but what is the point of a floating helicopter? That is what I mean...I know this is project reality, but still. I can see no purpose for a floating helicopter besides picking someone up out of the water (which you can do in any other chopper too).

^ yea but what about for the ppl that suck at hovering close to ground(me) but can fly very well.

I can hover quite well and I'd still want a floating helicopter! SPLOOSH! Of course ... sooner or later some jackass is going to try and copy that youtube clip where some special forces people drive a RIB into the back of a chinook :/

last time i checked, it's not hard to hover in BF2.

just add in the fact it has like... 2-3 supply crates and a hummer to make up for the fact that it cant carry 15+ people...

I think this would be perfect. The ability to drop a supply crate then not have to reload to drop the next would be great. Also it would be cool to drop either a FAV or Land Rover depending on the faction and the type of map. The FAV could be used on desert/ US maps and the Rover for the Brits. By the way ice, the progress looks great!

I would assign a squad member to drop two crates than reload the cars whole the time so my whole squad has their private car :O

If I recall FH in 1942 had the Ju52. It had like 2 sets of seats, the first like 6, than a 2nd set of 6. UNless you can't do that in BF2, why not set it up like that?

something like that is not possible in in BF2, it was a speciality of Bf1942, and basicliy the JU consisted out of 2 vehicles, conected together

@ all new guys here

We thought about every possibility and that for about two years now. You may believe us that there is no way to have moren than 8 ppl. in a vehicle.

An off-topic question, but is it possible to move a vehicle "by PR"? (not by a driver/pilot, etc, but sort of "auto") Or will such thing lag too much?

Edit: sorry, I meant manned vehicles/planes. You can enter/exit them, but "the system" moves it. Thinking about something, but need to know if this would work, in theory :) .
