Hey TB guys.. i trust all is good.

You know i love your server ... no jibba-jabba u foools.

But i've got a question about rules / kicks etc.

Last night on Ejod... a lot of you guys were on, u were mostly MEC.

I was USMC.. we rushed Gardens at the start. An over used tactic. And got an APC there. Freor was the SL and solo APC crew.

The APC was mostly parked at the back of gardens, mainly due to fear of HAT. It did put limited fire on North Desert and troops advancing on Gardens.

I spotted a MEC APC go East into the dune area...I then spotted retreating across the desert back towards your base... i informed Freor of the target.. he moved our APC to engage... (now you can see from garden into the MEC main).. i was watching as he engaged and kept firing as it disappeared into the MEC main.

2 minutes later he gets kicked for base raping.

I know Freor has some case history… but this was very harsh.. if he was kicked due to a number of things and this was the last straw I understand.. but if it was for this alone it was very harsh. The APC was not base raping.

It would have been better to get a HAT and send him back to re-spawn rather than kick.

I personally think the map is to blame in this case. Its just not playing well in its present setup.

Anyway I thought I’d give you my side of what I saw.

im neutral in this case, if its allright i propose to see that as a "borderline" case from non baserape to baserape and i think even the TB who concerned in that round dont see a clear violation, also freor could understand the guys who spawning in an apc at main and get killed a second later. hope the issue can be considered as solved.

I seem to be banned from your server and I have no idea why. Just tried joining Ejod, it loaded the map up and before I could join it said I was kicked. Then tried to join again and it said I was banned.

Any ideas guys?

5 punished tks, removed the ban. sry we enabled the auto admin to ban players for 4 or more punished tks to keep intentional serial tkers (think you are not one of them) away.

Ah I think I remember now. Some fool drove over my mine on Mestia or some other map possibly a couple of weeks ago. loads of instant tks! Hadn't realised they all had punished me, the b******s

I appear to be banned on one of the TB servers.Not that I care too much.

I guess it was for when the squad of stupidos were shooting up a bunker where I spawned,so I killed them with a couple of grenades.Only to find that they were "friendlies" getting points for breaking and then fixing the bunker.

Ho hum.

In game nick is 2-Jagger if you feel like unbanning me.No worries if you don't.There are better servers out there.

As for the "friendly fire" mines reported above.That happens a lot.It's also happened to me several times on many servers despite the server warnings that friendly mines kill.

I used to be able to play on TB without any lag but lately server latency between me and the server has gotten worse on peak European hours ( coming from someone in the states)

I don't know what happened, but now I can only play on servers in the states, all the euro servers lag me out

@jagger, i removed the ban , pls next time tell us time and map and names of such guys youre talking bout cause i want rather ban these.

@doom: i dont know why that occours, rigth atm there 8 guys from the states on the server with ping 110-170, they say its of course not the best but playable.
hope it can be fixed, but no clue what it is

Best server available i always got a ping within 10 and 15

sundays most pings are slightly higher, i have 20-25 then instead the usual 14,

How do we deal with the friendly mine teamkills though?

big problem, most times more guys in a car than only one driver, its not to terminate who punished then.
if happens and youre banned shortvisit our TS youll be heard or make a reply in this thread.
