Hobbs was a great DM for the round before that on the insurgent side as well. Got many kills, and covered me effectively when I went to blow a rally point.

He really knew how to use a DMR *properly*.

Player name(s): Fuzzhead, FishwOrk, -=TB=- people, Tobakfromcuba especially, [CCCP] Igor haha and Viper Alex, X3D-Chris, cheeseheadlowe (correct me if I'm wrong), iGi Morphius, Dryer 1.2, [R-DEV] Rhino, Rikki-dude, SERBIA members, all 22ndMEU who often go to iGi and TB rooms (can't remember exact nicks, sorry), Southtarnation, priewasser, grykl, Skullening.Chris, dedmon5811, (UFC) 1St.Lt.Almaster and all those whom I can't recall and those who picked up my medic kit and revived SL/squard members.

Kit/vehicle: All these people have shown expertise in operating all land/aerial vehicles as well as using installed armament. Good choice of hiding space for insurgent cars and APCs (hull-down position for MBTs). Rhino's great use of OH-6, fuzzhead using his LAV to its full potential on Jabal map way back in PR 0.324, TB tobackfromcuba for shouting pilots out with AAA, and of course Viper Alex with whom we employed moving ambush strategy and took out all those poor ******** in a single T-90 (can't recall if it was before or after the EJOD Desert got revised)

Map and side: All of them have shown to be on top of the hassle on all maps/sides. Big thanks to a SERBIA member and (UFC) 1St.Lt.Almaster who were conducting spotter-sniper routine (Spec Op + Sniper), truly rare sight in these days, on Mao Valley while the rest of the team attacked LB crash site.

Act of heroism/good conduct: not much to say here, since they all have shown equally high determination even if the rest of team were mental asylum escapees. Again big thanks to many who would rush rooms/alleys to revive/ prevent placing of SLAM on tank/RP and can't be remembered (after taht phyiscas fina;l me no functiona well-)

Worst player of 03.16.2007 would be Beatle Meat

I didnt really intend to participate in this thread, theres just to many recommendable players. Still i felt i should complemente Bob.Dob, whom i really enjoy playing under the command of. A very good squadleader, and the only one ive served who gets the formations working efficiantly.

A little off-topic; Is it possible for the Devs working with ABR to make the highest ranks available only to the "best-of-the-best" players (eg. the ones mentioned most often in this thread) instead of the ones with the most points/hours? Maybe a dumb idea, i dont know... I just dont think players who never/seldom take command (SL/CO) should be awarded 3 stars and such. Comments? (maybe mentioned allready? :o ops: )

Chubben

He was Squadleader of the VOIPONLY squad on thors tonight. First we had troubles with our team getting wiped out and pushed back to main base like three rounds in a row (great job guys, bosco, spacecadett, and yes bob.dob even if he left us to rot and die! ;) )
But then enter EJOD our squad moved up into the sandunes with two fireteams. We got to the other end of the dunes and we overlooked the whole US side. NO armor got through! We directed MG fire with binos to enemy squads effectively pinning them down so the squads down on the ground could move in for the final kills I mean directing precise MG fire from 150-250 meters is probably one of the best examples of teamwork I have experienced. Chubben did a great job leading the squad and kept cool! And everybode else on the VOIPONLY squad, your names should be here aswell for doing a great job! Dont remember all your names but here is some of them, some people switched places. There is one guy whos name I cant remember, if you are that guy please PM and I'll put your name in.

Chubben - SL
Jarven - Ammo guy and H-AT
DevilDG(?) - I directed his MG fire upon unsuspecting americans several times
Wiibbles93(?) - Great medic and supplier of ammo
Necron - Sniped for us in the last part of the round

Well, I hope I get the names right:

I'd highly recommend Bob.Dob. I played with him for several rounds today in his squad "Doucheramma". You may not expect much from a squad with that name, but we really got some great, VOIP-aided teamwork. He's a truly excellent squad leader. There were other good teamplayers in that squad, but I can't remember their names :-( .

I'll also give a long overdue recommendation to Hx.Clavdivs, because I recall her saving my life from the blast of an enemy SLAM once while playing Inishall Forest.

Yeah, you played really well too man. You did most of the AT work was it not?
I got stuck being the only medic in that squad lol, there is nothing harder.
I got about 7kills cuz i was on my stomach reviving everyone.
I have to admit though, the best bit of action that round was when we made the 6 man, chinese people wave where i got 5/7 of my kills and we neautrilsed the flag.

...mongol...

StrikeTeam

Everybody with this tag (it is somehow shortened) are awesome dudes. I was acting as their LB-pilot today. Those kind of guys are the ones who I would like to promote this mod to.

big thumbs up :)

BLKOPS Nerd_R_Cool, did one hell of a job as a SL (3) for the PLA at Ghost Train.

He recieved a bronze star. His squad dominated, with him getting most points out of the five.

I pinned the medal on him after the battle. I was the CO, Hehe.

He handled his squad well and used good communication. His arty strikes where right on the money.

His squad was the spear of the assaults, and made things happen.

He understood the fundamentals of the mod and punshied the enemy like no other.

_________

LLJDtdodamo. Squad 5 leader. Very good here also. This squad covered the six and defended the CPs our team needed to defend to keep the supply lines moving.

He even called me up to make sure things were going well and that the rest of the platoon was adjusting to the battle conditions; very rare indeed.

Good arty and good comms. He commanded his squad well because they did not wonder off and stuck with the defense.

__

PLA dominated with a 300 point win. The Brits were a sorry lot, their CO was A.W.O.L. the entire match.

I look forward to .6 and the new CO design. Hell, I probably be CO all the time with SL like this.
