The editor version is also very outdated anyway. And youve known about this map since the very beginning in like, May, marcoelnk, how do you still think its about the movie?

And even as far as real life goes, Im trying my best, but Mogadishu is a large city that extends to the airport and beyond, I'm staying as close to realistic as possible. But, for sure, all the locations are realistic (target building, hotel, crash sites, airport, etc)

Youve given this map **** since the beginning and its pretty clear you dont even know what you are talking about anyway. Not to sound rude, but either drop this negative attitude that seems to center around this map (both public threads) or stop coming to it.

I think hes not posting any updates because the map might be in 0.7, under a different name or just its original it would be ok.

shh guys, just got two seconds before Rhino and Iron get back with the bigger whip. I havent gotten much time to type so bear with me...

Updates have slowed because Im at a point where I need more DEV (IronTaxi and Rhino) guidance on what needs work. (Im a noob)

)In short, I have absolutely no idea. From my noob vision, I see I've been getting help from DEVs which could mean either A. They want it in game sooner or later, or B. They feel sorry for me and don't want my sad emo body pinned to them when I break from trying to make a map all alone like. We'll see.

Oo, or they are just bored and dont have enough mapping to do of their own... Oh and Rhino likes making fun of non-muttrah maps.

ps Im not emo and I like mapping. And cake...? What?

If this map ever makes its way into Official PR release replace USMC with US Army since Army Rangers fought there IRL not the Marines.

Heh, umm, most convo has been shifted to the [CON] forums. New thread there. I'll see about updating here soon. Just so you know its not dead I guess. Things are going well. Been really going through the city and changing it up. Retexturing, static changes, fastrope encoding, general appeal.

Look to get some more feedback on it from IronTaxi in the bear future.
