I also do a bit of this, all done with IK handles and animation bakes, but i can't wait to try out the mokap at uni. movie download can be had from here. movie.zip - FileFront.com
I'll PM you with a couple of things that need UVing and texturing later. Then see if you're interested. Can you do LODs and importing into PR as well?

That new texture definitly looks and feels better... And it isnt as stretched and dull. It should look excellent with a normal map and ingame.

ye, it dose have a normal map thou i would have to fiddle around with all the materials to apply it to a max render since you cant do mutple layer renders with the BF2 materials as you probably know

Some random stuff I have been working on lately;
Here is some models I have been working on for my newest mod projected (along with a few R-DEVs from around here...)
some of it is still WIP.
Here are the two crafts that will be in the first beta release (which will be released within a matter of days/weeks I rekon).
The one on the left I wont take full credit for as IronTaxi has modeled the basic shape.
Both are ingame of course with trial textures on for this first release.
