We don't have BR enabled yet since we moved to the new serverbox. I've been busy working on our dayz servers and that's been taking up most of my time. I'll definitely set up BR this week.
As for sangue_ruim, he plays often on our server and I believe he is an admin on one of the brazilian PR servers (terra?). I have not played with him and can't really say whether there's something off about him or not. We will keep an eye on him.
Good to hear you enjoyed yourself on our server, we've been working very hard the past months to create a problem-free experience.
Greetings

I take it very seriously, smurf, he has not been on our server since, not much else I can do at the moment.
The BR files can be found here:

Recording on the public server started today. We will integrate this into our website at some point, now it's only a quick setup to make the files available.

Just played an epic round of Normandy where we sent about 16 boats from M13 towards the beach.
What time zone does the HOG website server run for the BR file times?

The timezone is GMT -8 for the BR files.
That sounds like epicness all the way, wish I was there!

They're still up. Put them in your documents/battlefield 2/profiles/default/demos
Then in the game go to 'Barracks' -> 'Replays'

great server, but once again some of the admins seem to prefer to insult players rather then play with the rest of the team. But hey, nice to see a decent server up and running again. Cheers.
He might have been joking, but banging2bbanging tried to insult me for being 20. I guess I had it coming for being 20, though I expected more from a more mature crowd. When I didn't get angry, and instead gave witty responses he got angry and kicked me. So I rejoined and got placed on the German team to my delight told them how uncoordinated they were in a conversation with others and got banned for 180 minutes because of spamming, even though I hadn't been warned before.
But hey, I was having fun. So cheers

Well its difficult to play the game as a squad leader and keep tabs on who is in what and what squad has assets and, ....wait a second is that guy one manning OMFG....
Basically its like this 50% of the time.

I'd like you to keep an extra eye out for the "RONE" clan.
We were fighting right outside the T-building they had all bunched up in, nothing more than 20-30 meters away from them. They refused to help due to their ping. When I asked them why they wouldn't come and help us, nor revive us, they told me that they "don't do CQB" because of their ping.
This is definitely discouraging teamwork as they simply wouldn't be a part of it. They were just playing their own game and ruining it for other teammates.
As you've stated yourself HOG is a teamwork server, and thus I believe RONE has broken your rules and should be punished the next time a similar situation occurs.
Thank you.

I would like to notice that some of your admins might need a chill pill and need to relax. I made the mistake of checking the fortress in Mutrah city for enemies / AA etc. I got warned and immediatly an admin started screaming while I was already telling that I was moving out. So please =HOG= admins, chill the f out.

It's just a matter of reading the rules. If you haven't read the rules they've got a good reason to yell at you.

The rules scroll in the server and are available on the website. You broke one of our major rules that we have had in place for years. We expect people to read the rules, so we had every reason to be upset at you.
Every time we need to enforce the rules means it's another 5 minutes we have to stop enjoying the game and have to be admins. This is no fun for anyone. Be glad we took the time to explain to you to get out and didn't go to the !k or !b like many others would have.

I had already told that I was moving out and still one admin thought that screaming is the way to motivate me to run harder if that is your policy , screaming and getting angry at someone who is already cooperating , I can tell you it is not a good way to let me run harder. You can yell at me if I am not reacting , but in this case I immediatly pulled away from the fortress and went into the city , as fast as I could at the time. One your men started shouting over the radio , this made it impossible to order my men to follow me. So what I want to ask is give me at least some time between the warning and the "shouting part". Your server will benefit from it when you treat people with some sort of respect , that will make them respect you.
My apalogize for going to fortress , I didn't get the chance to give my apologize for the reasons I mentioned above. People make mistakes , so please forgive me.

I think it's well known that RONE is pretty much the worst clan in PR of all time. I have seen them on our server as long as 2.5 years ago and I have always seen the side they play on lose the round. It takes dedication to play that badly.
The question then obviously comes up whether you can start removing people from servers for bad teamplay, because in all seriousness no server would be more than half-full if that happened. There's always snipers in the mountains that are useless, apc squads that run around on the wrong side of the map, infantry squads doing 'spec ops' that are way off target etcetera.
Their excuse of a bad ping doesn't hold up either, their ping was only 20-30ms higher than the bulk of the european players and they play just fine. I guess I'll see if I can contact them somehow and explain that we do not need them if they won't participate. I'll have to use google translate though because my portuguese is not good.
Anyways, thanks for the feedback, saxoni. I think it commends sN1 and the [TP] guys that you managed to lose the round with only 30 tickets difference, with the RONE guys on your side as a handicap, it was a pretty intense round for most of us, fighting over every inch.

It would be cool if admins didn't kick people for idle while they're still loading the map
Happened to me
Otherwise I love this server

That must have been a mistake on our part, Heureux! Sorry about that! Sometimes it's not easy to tell the difference.
Glad to see you're not hating us for it though

That was the start of a Kashan round lol, like 5 mins in so must have been an admin that was kicking idlers that were idle for like 2 rounds and then decided that if I didn't spawn yet it was because I was idle lol.
