Oh My. Now I have not read all the posts in this thread. But I would ask you to re-think this. I Can see it now. Kashan para dropping is back. SL spawns with SL kit. Waits a minute or 2 and then request medic kit. Full squad gets in HELO. SL with medic kit jumps out and dies. The Rest of his squad jump out as pilots and para drop down and go and pick up SL Medic kit. Bingo Jingo. Full squad is behind op4 lines and nobody saw them coming.

Something to think about.

Yes thats the one! The maps look good as hell. Hope to see all of you guys there. BTW any people who would like to start a clan message me. However im kind of dissapointed they are not using the newer Russian gear. Even though they are marines the marines still have been issued the SPLAV vests and a standard M40 helms they dont really look like that. And for the Russian ground forces. Russia is now using a new camo btw they got it from Ukraine it a woodland but I forgot the name.

LETS GET THE PR PPL TO UPDATE THE RUSSIAN HELMET!!! MAKE THEM WEAR SPHERAS!!!!

No, first of sphera helmets are kinda old and only special forces use them. Russians have new helmets now, but it takes time for it to equip entire army with them.

VW mode is just 15 tanks vs 15 tanks with a logistic truck on each side, it might be expanded on in the future, but lets see how it plays out first :)

Seriously guys. All the work the dev's have done look phenomenal.
Cant wait for the fixes and changes
not to mention the new gamemodes and Built In MUMBLE :D !

Froztbyte : Don't think Mumble is 'built in' just included in the DL, unfortunately still optional but a step in the right direction.

Pilots don't have weapons, so you only have 1 guy out of 6 in your squad that has one weapon, and it only has ironsights.

didn't see this, good change, maybe 5 min is a touch too long but its definately for the better, lol i remember on AlBashra i was playing sniper on top of the building in the courtyard overlooking VC and spotted a british sniper in that small house outside VC, took him out and than myself took of like a man on a mission, to get his rifle :lol: i knew i had no chance but had to try..

imoprtant information: A PR MEC soldier with a full kit runs 100m in 13 sec not bad ha? ;)

kits laying longer will improve the game play i think because if you die with a good kit and respawn near the area the game forgives you

I take notice of all the tremendous hard work putting together 0.9. It looks great and I look forward to some very fun games to come.
