blufor is usually more fun due to better weapons, vehicles, etc

Still enjoy some OPFOR however

Insurgents = stress

Insurgents of course, I try to swich to INS when joining a server. But when the next round comes along, I don't switch back...

But i like playing as both, i just hate those people that switch each round just to be BLUFOR with just burst my bacon!

Fox, how does INS = more stress? It's actually way more laid back when you have no concern for tickets, just find a good spot with a nice kill-zone and break out the marshmallows.

As blufor you have a considerable amount of stressful roles. Foremost on my mind would be trans pilots, armour crews also face a lot of stressful moments as well. One INS Rambo can ruin your day, but if you kill him guess what? He respawns and runs back to finish the job with friends.

At times being an insurgent can actually be quite boring, if no one attacks and you actually defend it can get lame fast.

I really like doing some suicide bombing runs as insurgent. It's also quite fun to set up ambushes and rain hell on the unsuspecting BLUFOR.

I prefer Blufor, but im only on it 20% of the time (80% on insurgent team)

Insurgents is really fun I find. My best round was a couple nights ago playing kokan, at the start of the round I spawned at the known and I managed to take down a black hawk and a kiowa about 5 minutes apart both with the AT RPG. We held the first cache for really long and I managed to take out a half full humvee before it went down with my AT. Sometimes those early asset kills can really slow down the initial momentum of the blufor and set the tone for the round.

I like playing as Ins more because to be blunt being BLUFOR is fun but nothing is more fun then trolling the **** out of the blufor forces. Being a terrorist is quite fun from a gameplay point of view. Now if only my AK wouldnt constantly lose out to an m4/m16a2 in close quarters. It would also help if unknowns werent ridiculously easy to find but i guess this doesnt bother me as much because skilled players are likely the people hunting for unknowns anyway.

Both sides have their pros and cons and I do believe most people prefer Blufor just because they have optics but when they discover the fun of ambush with IED and CQB with those AK's they change mind to I like both.

IMO, I dont really care about if I am on INS side or BluFor. But Fallujah is DEFINATELY an IED Paradise -> Fallujah=INS!
