I was just banned from the iGi server.

I admit, I was wrong to curse at the clan members. But let me tell you something.

This mod is extremely frustrating, and quite frankly, boring, when you don't get into a squad that uses tactics, common sense, and VOIP. I have been searching all day for a squad, over numerous rounds and maps, and NOBODY says anything. I'm polite to them, and I keep searching. Nobody uses tactics, nobody does anything. So when I join a squad with clan members, I know I'm usually in for a good tactical round. Until I get kicked for their clan members. I understand this, but it doesn't make it any easier. I was looking forward to it, and you guys just threw me out like garbage. I understand wanting your clan mates to be in a squad, so I don't blame you, but it hurt me(as far as being hurt on an online game goes) anyway.

I feel I was disrespected when you guys told me to "shut up" and "quit whining", especially when I only muttered one remark, that was not offensive. I felt that was rude and disrespectful to people who give you their time to play on your server. It's like a business, if you choose to do business at McDonald's, rather than Burger King, McDonald's should be slightly grateful.

Does this make it okay for me to curse at you? No. But I'm trying to show you why I jumped to an illogical and rash action.

I went on the server, and apologized, and told you that I felt you should be flattered that people look at your squads as prime squads, and actually want to work with you.

But instead, you laughed at me and banned me.

My brief immaturity does not warrant your own. However, I want to put this whole mess behind us, and I really can't afford to be banned from any PR servers, with so few being available.

I actually thought you were quite funny Bobert even though you gave us abuse which merited the ban.

I'll lift the ban but don't give us grief again or you know what will happen.

You must just be unlucky to not have found a squad which uses tactics/VOIP as there is plenty around. There's little point joining our squads though as we all use TS rather than VOIP.

Bobert, im not sure if you really appreciate how hard it is to keep servers playable and well admin'd.

At about 11pm, after ive been at work all day, i can do without being verbally abused on a server that I contribute my own money towards, so that people like you can play pr properly.


considering you asked me to kick members of my own community, to accomodate you, who i've never spoken to before, and then start being mouthy is not exaclty gonna convince me to let you in a squad again is it mate?!





now my little rant is over, i appreciate your comments to apologize, and i agree with UGH to lift your ban.

i wonder if many other PR server's would do the same???

Thanks though. Although I never once told you to kick your own squad members, I was a bit distressed that I was kicked out of a squad with no password.

May I suggest you password your squads if you don't want to offend any of the people who contribute to your hard working server simply by populating it?

For example, it's a privilege to be a citizen of a country, but that country would not matter so much if it had a dismal population.

I am not belittling or taking away any of the monetary or hard work you put into your server, but please try to realize that the community has, at times, an even larger role in the success of your server.

We accomodate teamwork orientated non clan member players in our squads all the time.

Actually, I came back into the very server and APOLOGIZED for it. So what exactly is your point? Bringing up something I'm sorry for? I never once used the term "knob" either.

And if you all keep claiming I told you to kick your own members, please, post the chat log. I already know I cursed and apologized, which is funny, because you banned me for APOLOGIZING, so what the heck is your agenda iGi clan?

Also, I'm willing to let this go if you guys stop making posts trying to discredit and criminalize me after I've apologized to you on your server and your topic.

nobodies trying to criminalize you, we're just posting up what you said.

and also, the fact that your prepared to let this go is not really the issue here, the issue is wheather we want to let people like you play on our server.

As this conversation is going in a direction that, lets face it, we dont want to go, (we dont want to have to ban anybody) and the fact that you have been civil enough in that you apologized publicly, we'll get on with it and see you on the server.

now lets all be adult and leave it at that shall we?

Consider it left alone, so long as this is the last post concerning the matter, I see no reason to reply any further.
