I think those are it. You can always find them by clicking on the little play button on prspy

(if the server enabled the link)

We had some issues with ghosters yesterday on Op. Marlin (Insurgency). Are they caught already?
Anyway I like the server although Muttrah is overplayed also on this server. Watch out for that.

I'm abroad at the moment and can't check on the ghosting issue, but ghosters are hard to catch. If you ever suspect that someone is ghosting, try to make a !report as soon as possible or join our ventrilo (info on
http://www.hogclangaming.com).
As for Muttrah, I agree that it's overplayed. But since we're relying on mapvotes to decide our next map, people tend to vote for it apparently

We had a 'Back to Muttrah' server up last sunday to give those Muttrah-addicts a place to go so we could do a Muttra-free rotation for one night. It was fun, we did a few infantry layers in a row to break the rut of Muttrah/Kashan/Silent Eagle, it reminded me of some of the best PR games I had when I started playing.
Thanks for the feedback, Pronk!

Starting today we will strictly enforce mumble on our server.

Maybe combine it with a rule that people must be responsive on mumble. You saw it yesterday evening, people were just ignoring everyone on mumble SL channel and going for their own honor instead of playing for the team. Is there some kind of rule that can prevent this?

We are looking into it, I'm personally in favour of that but it has to be workable.

This is how I feel as well. Maybe not everyone is as talkative as others. But to just completely ignore other squad leaders is frustrating. Especially when the squad is in control of an asset like transport or armor.

I think all servers try to promote teamwork as much as possible. We've been discussing the "lack of teamwork" issue internally. One of the idea's we've been kicking around is having HOG members stop squading up together and make additional squads. There are pros and cons to this of course.
We're trying to get more folks on mumble, communication is key.
If you have any ideas on how to encourage better team work please pass them along!

Buck, what you could do is make like 3 squads with 2 HOG members for example that communicate a lot trough SL chat. That could indluence the other SLs and players to become teamwork orientated. This so you can still play together with one clanmember in your squad.

Thanks for your input Bronk. I will pass this along and give it a go tonight when I play. I rarely use Squad Leader chat, I tend to speak directly to the squad I want to communicate with. As a frequent Squad Leader, I know how dis-orienting it can be when local, squad and SL chat is going in mumble.
In truth, I've found there are plenty of SLs who will speak via SL chat but not many SLs who will divert time/resources away from there own objectives. (I have been guilty of this.)
Thanks again for your input!

=HOG= now has Teamspeak where you can contact us or game with us. Join us at 173.208.235.58. Our ventrilo is still up for now at the old address, but will probably be phased out in the next months.

I have been kicked, played normally without problem for couple of days, then suddenly permanently banned at instant of joining the server within past week.
I had my share of experience with good server and bad server regarding administrator of server, and from what I experienced actions of this server's administrator felt abusive and caprice.

You felt it was appropriate to discuss newly available hacks for bf2 in global chat, this has no place in a server or frankly anywhere. This did not happen 'suddenly', you were online when it happened, seconds after the aforementioned actions.
I'd also like to point out that the feedback section is not for ban appeals or pseudo ban appeals like this one here. Visit our website to discuss this further.
