It's more or less the same people always crying for not getting their beloved asset to waste...

PR offers way more then just the same standard layer of this 3 or 4 most played maps. We try to enforce playing different layers and rare played maps as much as we can.
Thx for the feedback. Always appreciated to hear people's oppinion on playing other layers/gamemodes.

Getting instantly temp Banned for asking the transport squad a question , in briefing time over local mumble.
what is Briefing time when not allowed to ask one simple question to coordinate squads?
Your rules state: ''Do not spam mumble or Commo Rose during the game, or between rounds.''
We did not spam nor talking bullshit, simple one question.. and instant temp banned.
I am curious what Project Reality Teamwork Alliance means here..

Hey Dog, please report this on the forums so we can handle this. We do not appreciate the talking on mumble after 2:00 has passed. Maybe it was said before and you were the final one. However I'm sorry for the unpleasant experience.
Mumble spam is quite annoying and like I said you could've been the final one saying something which resulted in a kick.
Tb is btw 1 minute.

I think people need to stop talking in local after 2.00. And if I warn someone first, and they repeat it. I kick them. That usually shuts the rest of the people up.

You did not warn us, and we just asked one question, to get some teamwork between squads.
And according your rules :
"All players are expected to communicate and play PR in an organized manner. Any player or squad found not completing the tasks benefitting the team, or similar do not attempt to assist the team will be warned and kicked."
We were communicating and organizing our squads, no spam no bullshit.
temp-ban was our result
@ disnoxxio,
Thank u for your reply, I will take it to your forum as u suggested.

The round on bijar was pretty unbalanced and the round after that was even worse. 46-52 in stacking teams is not ok in my book.

I was not there for Bijar. But we were able to sort out the balancing issues on fools road. That round ended 89-0.
There usually is a requierment to only switch 1 clan to balance the teams, in that case we asked OD-S and they complied! To which we are grateful.
However L4gi took a scimitar outside of the correct asset squad and wasted it.
All in all our server had 1 team with quite a few mechanzied infantry squads.
I also spent most of the entire round on Black Gold finding and kicking AFKs. At which point the chinese team had completly capped out the russian team.

I asked the apc squad if it was ok, they said ofc, so its all your fault in the end.

I've got to admit, server stability is gr8, last Saturday no crashes while I played, had lots of fun doing French Commander on Marlin and IDF Cmd on Bijar, some clips will follow on my YouTube channel this weekend (click my signature, enjoy and subscribe if you wish).

Stability is just based on luck, unless disnoxxio is a wizard.

That was a good round indeed!
Anyways server has been quite stable, but that seems indeed to just be a whole lot of luck

Don't think so, to me it rather seems that what we players call "stability" is actually a disconnect on your server host's machine... For windows or some kind of security updates, who knows...

You really don't know what you're talking about, sorry to be so blunt. You truly think our "server host's machine" is updating Windows or doing "security updates" multiple times, on a daily basis, and that is what causes crashes? So why does this not happen for other games as frequently? Why does this happen to every Project Reality server? Why are we still allowing our servers to update so many times every single day? Why do these "updates" allow the server to be back up in seconds after a crash? You think if that was the issue to all PR crashes it would not have been solved by now?
I'm now imagining some server tech in his basement, investigating the underlying cause of PR crashes. Suddenly, a light goes off in his head. "WINDOWS UPDATES! I HAVE SOLVED IT!"
20 minutes later... "Oh fuck it's a Linux server."
