Great rounds on the server. Its actually a nice server to play INS on which is a great alternative to HOG as their admins suck. Your admins keep a good server running while still having fun, top notch!

Yesterday on Kashan there was a dispute on who the shilka belonged to. Compared to other AA vehicles the shilka is actually a desirable asset, this is also true on some layers on Sbeneh and maybe other maps.

Anyway, the guys who took it were in a "free kits" squad, not exactly called that but they were scattered across the map and seemed like they weren't organised at all. I was in the tank squad with my friend. I asked if you rather have the shilka in the tank squad (we were 6 ppl and there's 2 tanks) or in the free kit squad. At first you warned him and then you changed your mind and said it was OK.

My point is not that he broke a rule or anything, it's all fair according to me and your rules. It's just that nowhere in your rules does it say that AA vehicles are claimable or not. I assume they are not. The same thing goes for assets like SPG, rocket techie and so on. I think you guys need to update your rules to be a little more clear and specific, I recommend looking at BASED, PRTA or FCV for examples.

To answer your question all assets are claimable, as long as there is a correctly named squad for it, which it does say in our rules. With the AA it's slightly more awkward, the general consensus is that if there is a dedicated squad for it, then it is that squads, if not then it is free to use. That also applies to spg,rocket etc
But that doesn't applie to say tanks, if there is no squad and someone is using it we will generally ask said person to actually make a squad according to the asset, this applies to all heavy assets as such.
Our rule set is quite big as it is, we actually streamlined it a while back to simplify things, there is not enough web pages in the world to accommodate every possible rule in a game of PR^^

I was pretty disappointed with MeRk admins yesterday on Kashan alt. After we merged the Trans- with our CAS-squad to make room for other squads, a guy called 'Seriousman' made a trans squad and decided it was okay to TK a guy waiting in one of the BHs in the main base, instead of taking the other empty BH next to it.

After this he went on trying to roadkill enemies and getting himself killed in the process multiple times. When we reported this, and the earlier TKing, to the admins ( about 10+ times all together ) the only reaction we got was to go "shout it"(?), and later to just forget about it.

Weird reaction seeing as there were about 8 admins active during that time.
I hope I don't see this kind of '0 fucks given' attitude anymore when playing on MeRk.

sadly i didn't see the teamkills reports or tk messages(my console log is fucked by aa sadly).
anyway, I did not know that cas and trans where merged before

and then he was warned for said offence, he was also warned for language, , didn't see any further reports him after that.

In hindsight more should have been done from our side here. However I think your squad is also at fault here, a rename of squad to CAS/trans would have prevented the whole situation..(but someone gave 0 fucks about that... )

From my experience MERK has worst admins from all EU servers.

As pointed above MERK guys just "dont give a fuck" about balancing matches, reported misbehaviour and tend to stack only one team with admins. So when other team reports TK, assets stealing admins react like:"we didnt see that...". Of course you didn't! Because you were raping objectives with CAS meanwhile and "0 fucks were given" about what is going on on the other side.

On MERK server only fun for MERK guys matters.

I have to disagree with you, me and the other 55 pages of good reports about how our admins perform.We will go well out of our way to balance sides and im sure other members of this community will back that up.

But im willing to listen, could you go a little more indepth? dates,times,maps,certain admins,didnt get the assets you wanted? You are sorta jumping on the back of one report which was answered with evidence that our admins "do give a fk".

P.S what is your ingame name too?

What's your in-game name, because I can't see that you have ever logged in to our server. If I have your name I can track any reports you made and also see who didn't answer you etc etc.

When did you have the unpleasant experience? What map? I can't remember CAS raping main on our server ever without action being taken. If a MeRk member raped main they would be out.

So, who are you and WTF are you on about, basically.

Just to add, not bias cause im merk, but i have never seen CAS raping main without any action being taken on our server. Also, I do pride myself in being the BEST admin on ALL the servers that are currently running, if that happened i'd be informed by my informers.

I do not know what you fucktards whine about Merk server, rules and admins are some of the finest that I have experienced thanx Merk keep up the awesome work!

Same here. I have always fun playing on the server no matter if on merk team or against them.
Admins take care about reports within seconds, they balance if one team is stacked and the player base increased in skill and teamwork.
Ofc it happens that admins make mistakes but it's rarely (perhaps too much INS)

Cheers Niko, we know we can make mistakes...but who doesn't? but we do learn from them and kick the admin that made that mistake from the clan...rinse and repeat, keeps us fresh that way
