Strongly considering giving up modding as it dosnt fit my current schedules, rather strict limits in terms of polys and texture sizes, and the fact that is stressing and lots of people depending on your work.
So while I'm trying to keep my modding down to a minimum, me and a study mate have begon work on another project. A WH40K animation video of the highest quality we can make. No time limit set - just working when we have time.
Here is a early WIP shot of some bolters (bolt pistol, storm bolter and heavy bolter should follow close after...)

try using a skylight in the scene to soften up the render and the "catmull-rom" AA filter for the renderer instead of the default "area", it will make it much more sharp and nice

You mr Tomato

give it a "catmull-rom" AA filter instead of the default "Area" and most of the fuzzyness should be gone.
Taking a little break from skinning the RPG29 and Negev tonight. Here is something that one day will become a Space Marine sargeant in my little animation project.
If interested in what is going on, here is a little basic page where I post images from time to time.

Well thank you for that comment -_-
Ist a quite common facial pose to model in as the face needs to be relaxed in order to rig optimal so muscles can be stretched and squashed equally without distorting surrounding geometry. However this pose "angry/sad" pose is perfect for a Space Marine as they are stone cold:
