The problem is not that we can't edit map for ourself.
The problem is to sure that everyone have the same version(for dam training servers), that's why we need Official Test Airfield™ Release from Rhino™ :D

BTW rhino there is a bug with a Tornado dont remember which one exactly that you cant get out until you take off, on the vietnam attack LB if you cahnge the view (6,7,8,9) you cant return to the original view which is the front one and the french chopper (the same the brits have in falklands, the gazzelle) if you switch to the copilot the game crashes.

I took out the SA342, updated the map description, and updated the Map Overview.

It may not be to PR Spec, but the map wasn't exactly done that way either. Also, I didn't waste time working on adding more ground vehicles because the map is call "TEST AIRFIELD." Let me know if you guys think it needs more.

Quick question, might be missing something or not. To put this on a server I unzip the file to bf2/mods/pr/levels and then add it to the maplist.con (maplist.append "test_airfield" "gpm_cq" 64) and then after a server restart I should be able to run it?

If you are running a dedicated server, that is true minus the quotation marks. I've never used quotation marks in a dedicated server.

Let us know if something else happens.

Hey guys,

I made a "official" update to this map to work with 1.0. This will be replacing the old one and you can download it in the original post by Rhino in this thread, or here: http://realitymodfiles.com/rhino/levels ... -08-13.zip

Changelog:

-Features all (working) 1.0 air vehicles.(added french, vietnam and all new others for all old factions)
-fixed sky settings that gave a weird green look to all vehicles.
-fixed supply and repair for helicopters as this is now different in 1.0

Anyone know what causes this? It's like a bizarre pixelated circle that follows me when I get close to the ground. I'm using MineralWouter's version.

Yeah, he forgot the code that stops that. Till there is a fix add this

terrainCuller.setUseStitchedLods 0
to your terrain.con file in the server zip file. You will not be able to play the level online though should you choose to add it.
