If you're really new, start as infantry rifleman. Decline positions that you are inexperienced in (helis, armor, etc.) until you have had a bit of time on a training (coop) server.

Take your time to learn what the role is for each kit and asset.

Make sure you take a look at the server specific rules as it will save you time and trouble.

Learn to communicate and the use of mumble which is the 3rd party VoIP service promoted by the PR community. Having a mic also helps.

If you're just starting out, I'd highly recommend TacticalGamer.

The =HOG= server runs Muttrah City which will get your feet wet in urban warfare and the AAS mode.

I would advertise the =]H[= (Hardcore) server more towards experienced players who already know how the game systems work.

What an Excellent Idea

I love Kokan & Hookers!!!

I hope people remember that when I run for President.

I love it because the admins there are, for the most part, fair and calculated in their administrative actions, deploying bans to the most worthy and warnings to the innocuous. People go on our server with expectations that they can express themselves within the bounds of this mod and play a good fair game.

Many times there are misunderstandings with the admins and those who push the boundaries of the game design by non-glitching. Those people are carefully watched that they do not ruin the game for everyone who has PR, not just those in our server.

Plus the Admins have fun as much as they admin. I remember going out by humvee with 4 other pubs and taking 4 caches within an hour using a modified SAD-Blitzkrieg Hybrid moving furiously quick across the map like our own UAV. Pubs are more competent than most think.

So come down to Kokan & Hookers, where the game is what you make of it and afterall,

haven't played on any state side server since i lost my late night games room but i have nothing but good memories of the BW skirmish server, really nice people, really good games and overall a lot of fun.

remember, getting into any community takes a while.

good luck

CIA,NWA,NEW,TG

any of those and you will have fun

Im gonna agree with those that said H has admins that are over the top. I've read your rules and never been kicked/banned from any server, much less yours. But from my experience you have a few childish admins. not all of you, but a few that make the rest of you look bad. Clean that up and you'd be back on the list of servers I play on.

Mr. Sacks, why do you enjoy playing on our server, Kokan and Hookers?

TG are the servers that you want to go to for true teamwork- Bozo
Actually I find teamwork on TG lacks a little, mostly because they dont have an asset rule.
On lots of the vehicle maps its hard to cordinate armor/airpower if you have 10 diffrent groups of people using the same asset.
P.S. for somereason the quote feature didnt work

I don't know how to feel about the ]CIA[ server.

Generally I have fun on there because I really enjoy the Kokan map but I was on there two nights ago playing and was getting intentionally TK'ed by a teammate after an accident where we ran into each in vehicles and he got mad that I 'wasted' his SPG-Tech ... so after 2-3 intentional TK's I used the !R feature and nothing was done to him, no warnings or anything. I ended up just leaving the server.

There were 3-4 ]CIA[ members playing but they were on the opposite team ... maybe they were too busy to pay attention?

Wearing a clan-tag doesn't always mean you're an admin.
Keep that in mind.

Thank you for that clarification Sax.

Sauce, please remember that when you play that we are not always on to administrate the server and when we are on, we are not always administrators.

Please, next time report the person and the offense on our Website @ CIAGaming.org

More often than not, I will personally investigate such matters and meet with anyone more active than I to discuss mitigation.

So Please, let us know when something is awry, and I hope that you can enjoy your next stay on our server.

Peace

Was this question asked for me?
If it was:
To be honest, I haven't really played much on your server, so I don't have an opinion on it.

I like the maps you guys play.

I like the laid back admins you guys have. Seem like they enjoy playing as opposed to being admins.

There can be problems when someone is griefing and no admins on to do anything, but thats my only complaint.
