I'm just saying we like chickens. Chickens are great, especially when young as they're cute and fluffy. They're descended from dinosaurs too, which is cool.

And they lay eggs.

Just finished reading the manual. Lots of stuff there, not much time, but Ill get it all. Eventually.

Epic, just epic guys! Lots of work there and in next hours, I hope we will see TG full.

ALL MUST COME - NO EXCUSES :-P

0.2 public here we come!

PS: Nothing better than stew from wild wabbit ;-)

PPS: Epoch, if 7zip is extracting ( with errors tho ) whats the point of passwording it? Some might install it and they'll get into problems. Well its late now...

What's the point of using more than 2 years old software to unpack it? :p

Extracting the 7z will only error if people haven't updated their copy of 7zip, which they should do anyway to get the better compression :)

As for chickens, Epoch may like them I hate them :D

Well if WinRar 4 x64 is 2 years old excuse me sir! I meant 7zip archive not actual software.

Ill give it a shot with 7zip ( the software ) then...it does asks for pass, gives error but extracts, Im just not sure if all files are intact. And you could use packer that is more compatible with all versions.

Edit: Just tried with new 7zip ( 9.2 x64 ) and it does same thing...turns out it gives just dummies of files with 0b size....waiting pass or Ill BF it ( might take some time tho )

Why don't you just wait for the bloody password in 20 minutes ffs.

(I have no facepalm pic to fit my mood right now.)

Its trying to decrypt the files with the key (password) you gave it, it was the incorrect password thus it can't decrypt the files properly and they end up corrupt.

Don't see the server...got just red X above Host new session and if I try to join that "X" says connection failed....

Edit: Problem solved by changing setting for UPNP in my modem/router. Look at picture below

Image

If anyone has similar problem ( I say again this only happens with TG servers ) just turn off UPNP in your modem/router and you will be able to connect to TG PR:A2 servers.

Setting for your router might differ but should be in section called Access Management.

Mod move to support and merge with this thread, as this is solution for it.

Was fun while it lasted. Played Gorka and First Light. Missions are epic I love it. Hope to see them all soon.

Apparently lots of people were trying to connect at the same time on servers so that was causing major load and timeouts, maybe from filling logs or similar. Proves that we needed at least 1 or 2 more servers for first wave ( on separate hosts ), but I hope it will work fine when problems are taken out.

Also think that 100 might be too large number for this kind of test...80 tops. Hope to see you all tomorrow again.

I hope that's a good sign man, I came back into the mix for v.15 . I have a feeling there are a lot of players (like me) waiting in the wings for the full release.

ontaiwolf wrote:It's not. Hardware is fine. I had the glitches which you can see in your video when my GPU was overheating in the past (old GPU, now I have another one) or when I overclocked it. But this is for sure not a hardware glitch. Otherwise you would see it everywhere. See also...
I did not say it was a hardware glitch. I said it was a hardware driver glitch. Which is why some people get it, and some people do not. Most likely its caused by a memory leak, which again would explain its random occurrence. When you get it ... press the left shift key and the number pad minus key together .... and then type "flush". See if it goes away.

Hardware or driver glitch, same thing for me. And it is still no driver (or hardware) glitch. Just read a little more. You will see that you get the glitch on different hardware and so with different drivers. Many players get it with different Nvidia cards, I have an AMD card, many others too. So different hardware and drivers but everywhere the same glitch. It must be a software glitch, probably caused by the PR mod. I posted the link to the rabbit glitch. The cause there was a too fast animation, so the interpolation went wrong. Maybe you have an animation while destroying the FOB which causes the glitch?
