Why would I be looking for rcon commands on a public server?
I was trying to use rcon commands on a local server to check out the map.

The file that enables debug by default was overwritten by the PR:V installer. You just need to edit that file in notepad and re-enable debug.

I've updated the rcon commands tutorial with the following:

1. Check your realityconfig_local.py, in Battlefield 2/mods/pr/python/game and make sure the line C['PRDEBUG_ALL'] = 1 has a 1, which will enable debug mode on your local server.
