Anders, you did a fantastic job with your mod, and I would personally like to thank you for that.
Trolls will be trolling, I guess...
I realized all assault rifles sound pretty much the same, but we got used to the cool sounds from video games, and we all think there should be a big difference between M16 and AK when fired in semi auto.
Fact is, only rate of fire (3 rounds bursts, AK rate of fire, MG43 rate of fire) can make them recognizable.
Please, can someone find a video that shows the difference between rifle sounds?
Or can someone film one?

honestly the best part about this is the gear clanking around, but it seems like you cant hear enemies as well as you can hear yourself. is that due to pb stuff? or is it your choice to make them quieter.
also, the hydra rockets from the kiowa sound a little weak on launch, maybe add a small "thud" or something. see 1.50 in this vid.
Yeah, would be good, I guess... although you never know what (bad) quality the microphones have/had...
That's most important, that sb. has real-life experience with that weapon/vehicle/... and he tells exactly how it sounded (if the current sound is too whatever in any way) IF he remembers the sound...

Can I ask something here does this mod get rid of the choppers sound big I always almost here every time I play?also on my pc I don't know y but say if I was playing kashan I can hear a jet starting up from oppositions base will this still be the case?and not this is not a cheat some reason my sound card is awesome :d

Dunno how to solve that.. Maybe some devs knows if there's a fix with the vehiclesounds that "sticks" to a certainplace and stay there.. So no, my mod doesn't get rid of that... I often hear the bug on Al Basrah.

Anders, I haven't read any of the current feedback but what I've noticed is that the weapons sound great when firing in first person and at distance. Although when standing near somebody their rifle sounds very quiet and there doesn't seem to be any 'oompf' to it, and is more of a tap sound. Is this something that has been revised for this release?
