What's the rules about rushing when the game starts? It would be good to have a rule or statement which would avoid unnecessary complications in the future.

It's allowed. Thank you for bringing that up though. If you feel that something's missing in our rules just spit it out so we can clarify with you.

Tried to sign up for an account at ciagaming.org to discuss a problem with random disconnects that I get only on the CIA server.

Can't sign up for a forum account: get this message :

There isn't a contact us page, or any way I could find to contact anyone without a forum account. ..
